Property Access and Safety

During the project, our team will need access to the work area and potentially other parts of your property. We take care to protect your property and clean up the work area daily. However, construction work inherently involves some dust and disruption.

For your safety and ours, please keep children and pets away from the work area while our crew is on site. We are not responsible for injuries or damages that occur due to unauthorized entry into the work zone.

Changes to Project Scope

If you want to make changes to the project after work has begun, please discuss them with your project manager immediately. Changes may affect the timeline and cost of your project. We will provide you with an updated quote before proceeding with any modifications.

Any changes must be agreed to in writing by both parties to ensure clear communication and accurate billing.

Liability Limitations

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repairs or corrections to our work as outlined in your service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in your property, or damages caused by acts of nature.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
